Code Button

This is not fully implemented yet

A code button on a USS CTC panel starts the activity for one section.

Inputs and outputs for this tool:

Button
Sensor that goes ACTIVE when the button is pressed.
Lamp
Turnout that is set THROWN while the code is being processed.
